Zenstores is not a postal company, carrier or 3PL. Zenstores is a technology company that builds delivery and fulfilment software.
If you are already using a 3PL, or plan to work with a 3PL, to ship your business's orders, please get in touch and we can assist with implementation or suggest companies already using Zenstores.
Do your prices include VAT?
All of our prices exclude VAT, so any applicable taxes will also be added.
Can I buy shipping labels directly through Zenstores?
Yes, you can purchase shipping through Zenstores as well as connecting your own carrier accounts.
We’ve partnered with leading carriers such as Evri, DPD and DHL eCommerce, allowing you to get your orders out the door with access to discounted shipping rates.
How many integrations can I connect to my Zenstores account?
You are free to connect as many stores or carriers to your Zenstores account as you like.
Some Zenstores plans have restrictions on the number of integrations, for more information, please see our pricing page or get in touch with us.
Is there a limit to how many orders I can ship through Zenstores?
No, Zenstores works for businesses of all sizes. See our pricing page to find the perfect plan for your business.
Are there other ways I can import my orders into Zenstores, e.g. if my sales channel isn’t currently supported?
We’re always looking to increase the number of sales channels we support, but if we don’t integrate with your channel yet, you can import your orders via CSV.
