• What is a shipment?

  A shipment is created when you create a label or mark an order as dispatched. Though, if you create a shipping label and dispatch an order, this will count as one shipment. Orders not fulfilled on Zenstores will not count towards your limit.

• Will I be automatically charged once I've completed my free trial?

  Absolutely not, you do not need to enter any billing information until you are ready to upgrade to one our paid plans or purchase shipping.

• Do the prices include VAT?

  All of our prices exclude VAT, so any applicable taxes will also be added.

• Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

  Absolutely not, if you don’t want to commit to a long-term subscription you can just pay month by month. However, we do offer a 20% discount when you subscribe to an annual plan, so that’s worth considering once you’ve figured out whether Zenstores Dispatch is right for you.

• What payment methods do you accept?

  We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards. For high volume plans and shipping we accept Direct Debit

• Do I need a subscription to buy shipping from Zenstores?

  You can purchase shipping directly from Zenstores either from the Zenstores Founders Plan or a paid subscription. Contact us to learn more about the shipping rates we offer.

• My shop is built on Shopify, is the Zenstores Shopify app free to use?

  The Zenstores Shopify app is free to install and use. The Shopify app simply integrates your Shopify account, so that orders import into the Zenstores platform.
