Do you offer a free trial of Zenstores?
Yes, Zenstores comes with a free 14 day trial. You can sign up for this by clicking the 'Get started' button at the top or bottom of this page.
Do I have to enter my payment details to start a free trial of Zenstores?
You do not need to enter any billing information until you are ready to upgrade to one of our paid plans or purchase shipping.
How is pricing calculated?
Zenstores plans are based on volume and features.
Volume: Number of shipments created in Zenstores. A shipment is created when you create a label or mark an order as dispatched. If you create a shipping label and dispatch an order, this will count as one shipment. Orders not fulfilled on Zenstores do not count towards your Zenstores volume.
Features: You can optionally add features to your Zenstores plan. Most of these are shown on our pricing page. We do have additional plans available for custom implementations of Zenstores. If you are interested in finding out more, please get in touch.
If your business is using Zenstores Swift to buy shipping, billing for this is separate to the subscription for Zenstores.
Do you offer discounted annual plans?
Yes, you can save 20% by subscribing to one of our annual plans.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by all major credit cards (including AMEX) and debit cards. For high volume, custom plans and Zenstores Swift shipping, we accept Direct Debit.
How will I be charged?
Once you have subscribed to a Zenstores plan you will be billed monthly on the day your subscription began. If you select an annual plan you will be billed annually in the same way.
Am I locked into a contract with Zenstores?
No. Zenstores is a rolling monthly subscription service and as such can be cancelled at any time.
Why would I use Zenstores instead of shipping software or a carrier shipping tool?
Even though Zenstores does what traditional shipping software or carrier shipping tools do — make it super simple to get a shipping label, the key difference is that Zenstores is built to help your brand grow and scale.

My shop is built on Shopify, is the Zenstores Shopify app free to use?
The Zenstores Shopify app is free to install and use. The Shopify app simply integrates your Shopify account so orders import into the Zenstores platform.
