If you are a registered Zenstores customer or a visitor to our website we act as the ‘data controller’ of personal data. This means we determine how and why your data are processed. We are registered as a data controller at the UK Information Commissioner’s Office under number ZA102444.
By using Zenstores (the “Service”, "zenstores.com"), you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service. Zenstores is created and operated by Mechfeed Ltd ("we").
The following outlines our privacy policy:
- We use only Privacy Shield certified service providers to store your customer data
- We don't share any information about your customers with anyone, unless with your specific permission to allow us to do so
- We use secure SSL connections whenever sensitive or confidential information is collected or transferred
- We don't store credit card numbers on our servers and we make every effort to make sure that your data is safe
- We collect statistical data about your application usage to improve the service - this data is shared with the providers of statistics services we use
- We may share data with the relevant legal authorities on special conditions, like when fraud or other crime is suspected
This Privacy Policy does not apply to Customer User Data or to Customer Services, and we are not responsible for our Customers’ handling of Customer User Data as our Customers have their own policies regarding the collection.

Personal information
References to “personal information” in this Privacy Policy are equivalent to “personal data” governed by European data protection legislation.
Controller and Data Protection Manager
Mechfeed (T/A Zenstores), is the controller of your personal information for purposes of European data protection legislation (GDPR). Our Data Protection Manager can be reached at support@zenstores.com.
Retention
We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
By law, we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Information) for six years even after they cease being customers for tax purposes.
In some circumstances, we may anonymise your personal information (so that it can no longer be associated with you) in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
Your rights
European data protection laws give you certain rights regarding your personal information. You may ask us to take the following actions in relation to your personal information that we hold:
- Opt-out: Stop sending you direct marketing communications. You may continue to receive Service-related and other non-marketing emails.
- Access: Provide you with information about our processing of your personal information and give you access to your personal information.
- Correct: Update or correct inaccuracies in your personal information.
- Delete: Delete your personal information.
- Transfer: Transfer a machine-readable copy of your personal information to you or a third party of your choice.

You can submit these requests by email to support@zenstores.com, by post to our postal address provided below (see Questions section), or by actioning them in your Zenstores account from the Privacy tab in your Settings.
We respect the rights of individuals to know how their personal data is being used, export it or request that it be deleted.
Please note that data requests can take up to 30 days to process. In the case that it will take longer than 30 days, we will notify you as soon as possible.
We may request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and process your request.

Access to Data Controlled by our Customers
Zenstores has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal information is contained within the Customer User Data processed by our Service. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete personal information provided by our Customers should direct their request to the Customer.

Security
The security of your personal information is important to us. We take a number of organisational, technical and physical measures designed to protect the personal information we collect, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no security safeguards are 100% secure and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.
Zenstores Services
Zenstores is hosted on an Amazon Web Services platform for our servers and datastores, and is located in Dublin, Ireland.
We also use a number of third-party services in order to provide a seamless service; these include to log data, monitor performance, provide customer/technical support and inform you of products or features that may be useful or interesting to you. Data that is passed onto any of these third-party services is not retained for longer than 120 days except for essential processes or to ensure account continuity.
