Sometimes when dispatching an order it does not show up in the Amazon Seller Dashboard as shipped. Here are some steps to help you troubleshoot the problem and avoid it in the future.

Have your waited for Zenstores to sync with Amazon?

Zenstores will mark orders as dispatched on Amazon Marketplace every 30 minutes, it does not happen instantly. Sometimes Amazon can take longer to process this information so we recommend waiting up to 2 hours before checking to see if the order has been marked as dispatched.
