How the eBay Global Shipping Programme works with Zenstores labels

The eBay Global Shipping Programme is a way to allow UK based sellers to ship their items to international countries but with eBay managing the shipping process. When you receive an order form an international buyer you simply have to send your item to your nearest UK shipping centre and then eBay will make sure your item is delivered to the buyer for you.

When your eBay Global Shipping Program (GSP) order imports into Zenstores it will also have a special reference number that is used at the Uk shipping centre. If you think your reference number is missing from your labels then please follow the below guide to double check whether you have missed it or not.

1. Click on the orders order ID in your order list.

2. Then on the right-hand side of the page look for your orders Shipping address and there you will see your eBay GSP reference number. Make a note of this.

3. Then finally open your label (by either using the shipping log or re-printing your label), then carefully check your label for the orders eBay GSP reference number. If after this you still can't find it then please get in touch and we will do our best to help out.
