How to change the delivery address of an order

Nobody's perfect, and sometimes your customers make mistakes when making an order, in this guide were going to talk about how to rectify a delivery address mistake.

Step by step guide

1.First of all click on the order title in your new orders list.

2.On the right of the page look for the Shipping address section and click edit.

3.You can now change any aspect of your customers address, for example your customer got there post code wrong and accidentally used a 'N' instead of a 'P'.

4.Then finally click Save and you can return to your orders and dispatch it like normal.
